Good Morning Yoga Sequence

Finding this Good Morning Yoga Sequence on MindBodyGreen was like a sigh of relief. I really, really, really need to start doing more yoga. I have found, without a doubt that starting my day with exercise and/or getting my blood flow going has a very noticeable effect on my day as a whole. Yes, it’s challenging to roll out of bed and get going, especially if it’s earlier than usual, but man is it worth it! These 8 simple poses will help me wake up while preparing me for a successful day ahead. Yup, into it!

    I really, really, really need to start doing more yoga, too. My problem is that my life is so hectic at home that an at home practice is impossible. I decided about an hour ago to go to a Tuesday morning class (tomorrow), my first mid week class in ages. I usually get to class on Saturday, but adding a few weekday classes will be the key (I think) toward a better everything!
